Our Story

Orange Phantasm is a skate and art brand out of North Hollywood California making limited run Art Toys, apparel and independent comics that evoke the style and vibes of B-movies, Horror Comics, Cult Films, Saturday Morning Cartoons, Kustom Car Kulture and Skateboarding.

At it’s core Orange Phantasm is a brand based on the art of Steve “Schu” Schumacher, sculptor and graphics creator.

Identity

Strangely enough, a lot of Orange Phantasms identity comes out of the creation of our first comic book Speed Pussy and the Pink Torpedo. Our Logo Character Ghost of Orange Phantasm is a twist on a scene from the story. The name Orange Phantasm is taken from a funny car dragster driven by the main characters partner.

Shock Horror, a late night B-movie T.V. show hosted by Anarchy Vox -your ten thousand volt Ghost Host is also taken from the pages of Speed Pussy and the Pink Torpedo.
